With a busy job and family life, I always found it hard to fit in exercise. The gym never really worked for me. It felt monotonous and time consuming.

Annie’s Power30 sessions have been exactly what I needed. They are short, effective, and still one to one, so everything is focused on me and my goals, not a crowded class. I am in and out in 30 minutes, and the exercises change every week which keeps it interesting and challenging.

She is also a qualified climbing instructor and runs family climbing sessions that the kids absolutely love. It is a fun way to stay active together and has become a highlight for all of us.

I came to Annie during my off season after dealing with a back and ankle injury that had been holding me back. I wanted to build strength and improve my overall fitness without making things worse. Annie created a personalised coaching plan based on my goals, current training research, and my basketball schedule.

The plan was always evolving. We had regular check ins, and she constantly adjusted things based on how I was responding and what I had going on with my on court training. She took the time to explain the why behind everything, especially when it came to training intensity.

I have a tendency to overdo it, but Annie was very understanding and spent a lot of time helping me understand when to push and when to pull back. That made a huge difference not just physically but mentally.

Now I feel stronger, more balanced, and I am not constantly picking up injuries like I used to. I am heading into the new season confident and ready, and I have learned so much about how to train smarter, not just harder.
