With a background in sports science and experience as a former athlete, I understand how hard it is to juggle training with the rest of life and that is exactly where I come in.

I create fully personalised strength and conditioning plans to help you get in top shape for your sport. Whether you are looking to improve speed, power, endurance or general performance, the training is periodised, structured, and tailored to your goals.

These are gym based programmes designed around the demands of your sport. I also focus on your individual strengths and weaknesses to help you build a well rounded foundation.

I work closely with you every step of the way, checking in regularly and adjusting your plan to make sure it works for your progress, lifestyle, and feedback. Everything is backed by current strength and conditioning research specific to your sport, combined with your experience and goals.

Optional nutrition advice is available too if you want that extra support with fuelling your performance.
